Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers & Methods We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier at the time of purchase.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the UPS or FedEx website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at thethreadeditstudio@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
