Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Because our needlepoint canvases and kits are produced in limited runs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at thethreadeditstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately routed to fulfillment and cannot be canceled or modified. If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing, please reach out—we are happy to help you find exactly what you need.
